Accommodation Application Instructions
Step 1: Go to www.wearehomesforstudents.com and click ‘My Account’ in the top right.
Step 2: Registration – fill in all the required fields and select ‘Register’.
Step 3: Select which academic year you require (2023/2024) and click ‘New Application’.
Step 4: Choose ‘Create Application’.
Step 5: You will then be asked to enter your personal details and contact information. Fill in all required fields and select ‘Continue’.
Step 6. Fill in all emergency contact information and select ‘Continue’.
Step 7: Select ‘I am applying as an individual’.
Step 8: Select your ‘City’ as ‘Stockton-on-Tees’ and the options for Infinity House and Rialto Court will appear. You will then need to rank your room preferences from 1-3, remember to check that the accommodation start date aligns with your course start date. Once complete, click ‘Continue’.
Step 9: You will be presented with a summary of your application to check over, and once you are happy with your application click ‘Confirm’.
Step 10: Once the accommodation team have allocated you a room (usually within 48 working hours) you will receive an email where you will then be able to see your accommodation offer. You can view your tenancy agreement (highlighted yellow). You can then review this and choose whether you want to ‘Decline’ or ‘Progress’ with the offer at the bottom of the page.
Once you have accepted the offer you have 14 days to cancel, after the 14 days you can no longer cancel the tenancy agreement.
